Long-time friends Nick & Gabe had an idea based on their hospitality experiences and the idea evolved over many fine meals & a few drinks.
This idea centred around the once common tradition of sharing a roast meal with family and friends and the love they both share for slow-cooking large cuts of meat. They loved how this comfort food brought people together. Seeing the happy faces and hearing laughter of friends when they tucked into the tender, fall off the bone delicious hearty goodness.
They became obsessed with the idea that eating and sharing slow cooked roast meals should be a part of everyday life. So, they created a concept where they could bring this joy to others.
At Roast and Gravy Co, our vision is to share the joys of roast meals, delectable roast meat sandwiches, fresh salads, baked vegetables, tempting desserts and much more. We make it easy for customers to pick-up and enjoy or dine in.
